Jeff Wu has spent more than two decades in the real estate trenches, building a high-production business across the DC metro market and beyond. As a Top 1% Realtor nationally and GCAAR Platinum Award recipient, Jeff built a reputation for combining disciplined systems with strong client relationships — working across Maryland, Virginia, DC, and eight other states.
But what separates Jeff from most speakers is what he's been doing alongside his real estate practice for the past 12+ years.
Why Jeff Speaks
Jeff has been teaching the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) curriculum for the state of Virginia for over 12 years — and now teaches GRI for Maryland as well. He's developed his own content on leadership, habits, mindfulness, geographic farming, and aligning your business with charity, drawing directly from what has worked in his own practice.
Six years ago Jeff launched a weekly Positive Zoom session to help agents refocus, reconnect, and stay motivated. What started as a simple idea has grown into a thriving nationwide community of real estate professionals who show up every week because the content is practical, the energy is real, and the connections matter.
That same community spirit led Jeff to create the Mid-Atlantic Mastermind — two annual in-person events, one in Maryland and one in Virginia, that regularly draw over 100 agents from 20+ states. The most recent event in Baltimore brought together agents from across the country for a day of learning, connection, and growth.
The 5 Ds Framework
Through years of transactions, teaching, and mentoring agents at every stage of their career, Jeff began identifying the patterns that consistently separate agents who struggle from those who build lasting businesses.
That experience led him to develop the 5 Ds Framework — a practical system for helping real estate professionals create consistent success in any market. Today the 5 Ds forms the foundation of Jeff's speaking programs and is the reason realtor associations bring him in when they want a session their members will actually remember and use.
Jeff Beyond the Stage
Jeff was born and raised in the DC metro area — Maryland, Virginia, and DC — and has deep roots in the communities he serves. He holds some of the most respected designations in the industry including CRS, GRI, SRES, E-Pro, CDPE, and NAR's Green Designation, along with his Virginia Broker's license.
When he's not on stage or in the field, Jeff is fully committed to his role as husband and father — and rumor has it he's still holding out hope for an NBA tryout.
